Thinking Outside of the Frame - Creative ways to use video in your eLearning Since the invention of the Kinetoscope by Thomas Edison, motion pictures have been used to inform and educate. Today, more than 300 hours of new video content are added to YouTube every minute of every day. And, with over 237 million smart phone users in the US alone, access to video is immediate and pervasive. But, when and how to incorporate video into your training can be a challenge and potential expense.
In this session, you will learn innovative ways of including video in your eLearning modules, as stand-alone microlearning modules and in media rich eBooks and Quick-Training guides. You will also learn ways to quickly produce video yourself when budget or in-house production resources are not available.
In this session, you will learn:
the value of video in your training mix
innovative ways of incorporating video
techniques for producing cost effective video

Location Thanks to COVID, we are not able to come together in person (again). However, as luck would have it, many of us are now used to using Zoom to connect with others and have joined a user group meeting via Zoom in the past. Let's take some time to socialize and learn while maintaining a safe distance.
